Little Lovebug's Closet

After another tumultuous week around the world,
we made it to Friday and we're giving thanks.

My comfort food - Homemade Granola -- SO SIMPLE TO MAKE!!
See below.

Hallelujah.  Wow.

If you're joining us for the first time, thank you.  We truly appreciate you sharing in a little piece of our lives.

Our Pop-Up Store

Over here, we've been reflecting on how we can make changes, both big and small, as we rethink how we live.  What foods we buy, what goods we consume and how much we waste.  And I'm the first to admit -- we have lots of room for improvement.  Yikes.  [See last week's post on recycling OLD MARKERS!]  But, we're doing it.  Baby steps, right?

Well, check out our latest endeavor.  We love this idea and we hope you do too!  It's a pop-up store called Little Lovebug's Closet:  https://little-lovebugs-closet.myshopify.com

It's filled with gently used and lovingly repurposed clothes and toys.  It's my daughter's 'modern lemonade stand' and our way of repurposing clothes and keeping them AWAY from landfills!

We'll be adding more inventory over the next couple days, including toys & books, but feel free to check it out!  Free delivery for orders over $20 with code: BAYAREA.

But, here's where it gets good.

Our hope and intention is to invite those who've made purchases at our on-line store -- Wolf Bandit & the Pup Brigade at: https://www.etsy.com/shop/WolfBanditPupBrigade -- to send the items back, once they've been used and are done with them.

Girls' Empire Waist Wolf Bandit & Pup Tulip Dress

Yes, that's right.  Send the dresses back!  We'll fix them up for someone else to love and give the dresses a second life.  For each item sent back, we'll issue a credit of up to $5 to use in either of our two stores!  Win, win!

So if you've made a purchase from our store, consider sending the dresses back! Interested?  Send us an email and we'll share all the specifics!  It's all about the 3R's.

Reduce, reuse, recycle.

In other news, we've been busy, getting our Halloween on.  Lots of new dresses in our shop!

We've got Flutter sleeves

and of course, silly owls.

Remember, all these dresses can be worn and sent back.  Think about it.

Peace, Love, Hope & Joy Dress

As we head into this weekend, we continue to pray for peace, love, hope and joy.

Our hearts go out to Mexico and all those affected by the earthquake.  Looking to help?  Here is information on how to donate:
